Ayahuasca 3rd time(not all effects felt)

Note: this is not a full review this is to share the beginning effects. I listened to the whole dose but only my third time trying it. So i didn't get fullblown trips or hallucinations.

When i started this dose i was in a deep thinking mindset of our existence on earth, death ect.

I start this dose by focusing on one image in my head(thats how i meditate) and manage to keep it for a while.I start to get a pins and needles sensation that slowly spreads to my whole body coming and going over and over again. That lasts throughout the dose, however i start to notice that my mindset is amplified and i feel like a philosopher. When the dose is over i paced for a good 45 minutes just.. thinking. I notice that colors are warmer and slightly fuzzy nothing big though. I enjoyed this dose and will write another review when i am getting full effects, feel free to share your reviews of this dose, let me know what you think!

This dose is,im guessing supposed to put you in an intense dreamlike trip just like real Ayahuasca. My thoughts where mostly about hallucinogenics and why people label them as drugs and people are bein arrested for having life changing experiences and marijuana legalization and how it would change america and stuff and any other things. I was just thinking more deeply and felt connected to things i guess i just cant wait until i get full effects!

Would be interested to see your next DMT dose attempt ! Have you ever tried free writing while in that state of mind? no censorship etc just a constant flow of words on the page (: Would be interesting to take a trip into your mind through a review !!

if you get too excited while doing it it will definitely have an effect on the entire dose. One of the higgest mistakes I have made while dosing was to turn up the volume to the highest degree. because if you're uncomfortable more than likely it will not work like you wanted to. Another big thing 2 note is to make sure you have nothing else that is needed to be done within the time of the dose. Like if you have to go put gas in your car or grocery shopping later on and that's going through your mind and you are just procrastinating you will have that stressor in your surrounding environments.

When you start thinking about other things while dosing you shouldn't try so hard to stop them let them run through your head lightly and they should pass in no time and you can get back to the music. This what was preventing me from dosing to the highest degree when I started a month ago. Some off the doses do take some time to get use to since your mind has many cycles throughout the day my favorite time is in the morning when I wake up before everyone else or at night when everyone else is asleep I will listen to 1 type of dose atleast once every two days, this will let you accept it's effects.
