Tips for a beginner I-Doser?

Post by R0BbAnomaly »

Hello.
I was intrigued with I-Doser when I heard about it about 9 months ago. I played the 15 minute Orgasm mp3 and WOW. I got shivers down my back, shivering in my hands, and something like butterflies in my... personal areas. It scared me alot, so I turned it off around the 10 minute mark.
I recently got back into I-Doser, as I never wanted to try anything like that again for a while. It took me about 5 days, but I finally got some effects from A-Bomb, namely a numbness in my left hand and heavy eyelids. I also felt like I melted into the bed. I had company, so I had to stop at 70%. I would not consider this a breakthrough, but I'll keep trying. I want to know some useful tips on how to be a better I-Doser. Thanks in advance.

...

tl;dr: Beginner tips and doses.
I've tried MarijuanaQH, CocaineQH, QuickHappy, French Roast, Nitrous, and got results with Orgasm mp3 and A-Bomb drg.

I'm also a quite beginner, but if you have those eyepatches what are used to wear when sleeping, use those. It will give better experience for me at least:)

Thanks. It's hard to meditate with a noisy home. I heard having soft music can help. Thanks.

try not to have music that has have heavy or a lot of vocals. It makes you mind wonder a little bit to much and can bring intrusive thoughts when trying to reach a peaked state of meditation. I am very glad you are seeing some effects which is great, the more you listen to the same dose the more your brain will accept the signals from both ears into any section of it. I recommend soft instrumentals to get you into the moment well as being taken on a journey. I have some recommendations if you want them.

Good luck in your dosing and you will see a great improvement on your sessions. Try condition or reset before and after a dose and it will clear your mind and makes you take a dose at 20% stringer effects for a great time! Condition is my most recommended although if you don't want to use it all or the time you can limit the use to a dose you haven't tried yet or are receiving minor results.

Thank you! I've been trying to find some good music to put on other than the (terribly) looped MP3 backgrounds.
I'm thinking about trying DJ Shadow or Boards of Canada for the background, or maybe Burial, but I can't find anything over 7 minutes. What are your previously mentioned reccomendations?
Again, thanks a lot for your help.

Blackmill releases his albums free and to be paid for as a donate option. I can through you together a 30 minute mix of their songs. It's my favorite thing to listen to while dosing it makes a whole experience worthwhile.listen to journeys end by Blackmill and if you like it I will send you my mix. He is having me make the next cover art for his album so I am looking forward to that. I like how the music he makes is free I also make some artwork too. I just find to be a very fun time. just let me know if you like that style of music and I already have written permission from him to do this.

If you own I Doser premium you can always get some of those ambient backgrounds. I find that keeping them at a 20% volume is the sweet spot but it is different from anyone. Listen to the same does a few times and I promise you will have it down to a tee. Plus for 50 $ and some of the best software out you can't beat that price!

I do have Premium, and I do like the backgrounds, but they are just not for me. Blackmill sounds nice, I would like this mix. I feel too guilty asking, but never mind my personal problems. Do you want my email? Or do you have a download link somewhere? Thanks.

Gamingpcbuild@gmail. I have some concept art work if you want to take a look at it. I just don't want to post my concept art here before it is finished I like getting honest opinions before I release my art. usually I think it turns out perfect but sometimes an outside voice always helps I am in the process of making a dose concept almost like a world change through my eyes like what I feel after a dose and put it in visuals.

It will be a fun project all I have to do is load my operating system to get started on my picture. I am thinking almost a surreal between the border of reality and dream abstract art. Just shoot me an email it later on tonight I will send you the picture when I'm done and tell me what needs to be improved. just looking for constructive criticism because all of my friends will say its good either way and it seems like you can be more constructive online. I will make a thread in the arts section possibly later if it is looking as good as I think it will in my mind.

After you dose if you draw what you are feeling it helps to understand how some beats work. Whether it be photoshop or on paper I don't see many posts in the art section. I always enjoy what other people can come up with in to see their point of view. did you try some of the tips I had told you the other day when listening to a dose? it takes trial and error but you will get your own schedule down.

Ambient sounds !!!!! I love the Idoser Mp3 packs because they have some rhythmic chanting sometimes some moaning depends on the mp3 (: But overall they not only have the best people working on their doses, they also have a sick DJ/mixologist somewhere with the most soothing ambient sounds I have ever heard
