How to idose?

Hi, im a begginer i-doser and i've been i-dosing but haven't got many results, how can i make it a better experience?

Also what is a good begginer dose?

First thing I do is plan ahead.. Make sure you won't be interrupted during the dose, Have something to cover your eyes, and if there's things you need to do (Hungry, Need to use bathroom) then do it before the dose. Something that has always worked for me is to focus on you're breathing.. Idk why but that works for me. Also using Reset and Condition improves the possible effects. The first few doses that worked for me were Trip, Speed, and the sexual doses.. People say that some of the best doses to start with are Nitrous, Opium, and A-Bomb.

my first dose from I-doser was the Iphone version of Divinorum, but I had dosed prior! I also just purchased the Pure doses, but they are not trippy. what kind of effects are you looking for ?
