I Need Help With I dosing(HashQh Experiences)

Every time i try to i dose i cant clear my mind of thoughts and i tired HashQh Last Night and it did work.I layed Down and close my eyes and listen to the dose and then after the ten minutes i took of the headphones and felt really relaxed and tired i could barely keep my eyes open.I had more of effect than i had smoking real Marijuana which i smoke mid and sometimes loud.Could somebody give me some tips on how to use i doser. Btw im using SkullCandy Hesh Headphones that are Stereo Headphones.My Family Thinks im Stupid for Trying I doser because they Dont Belive it works.So Somebody please help.Plus I want to do a dose thats going to make me trip out of my f**king mind If anybody has any they have done before thanks for the help

It is great that hash had that much of an effect on you, if you can try to keep doing it a figure out what you are doing while listening to the dose.

If you want to trip out of your mind(Hallucinogenics I'm guessing) try extreme ones ( Aminita,Bromo-Dragonfly)
