No effect

Help! It has been 4 months since I first tried idoser , everyday for those months I tried to get an effect but I couldn't can anyone help me with this? My headphones are sennheiser 201

I am dosing on the iphone i-doser app currently(and for the past 10 nights) i have been trying to get the effects out of Divonirium(something like that lol)

Also the techniques , im not good with meditation so i don't meditate but whenever i have time i try to use condition dose , i stay still , barely move and put a shirt/towel on my eyes

What are you doing instead of meditating? Also, whenever a particular dose I have been trying hard to get success with failed repeatedly, I would try different doses then comeback to the original dose, and I would get the effects I wanted, try it.

That's the thing I don't meditate I just listen to the condition dose and try to get a dose and I have tried other in between but it has never worked

I have a question, why do you not meditate, do you have ADHD/ADD or something of the sorts?
