Out of Body

Can anybody help me? I want to get a out of body experience and not while im sleeping. I know that it isnt easy to do. tnx to I-doser ive been a bit away from my body but I cant get further. Can anybody who knows about it explain me how to do that:)?

can't happen while your awake unless you've spent years of mastering meditation or on some serious drugs, I don't think I-doser can be that good.

I think out of body experiences are mostly due to the release of dimethyltryptamine in the brain, which occurs naturally while you're in REM sleep (dreams), perhaps sometimes spontaneously, and well... when you smoke it. It's a highly dissociative drug, similar to salvia (though a totally different experience) and I think the release of this, or analog chemicals in the brain is responsible for things like OBE and astral projection. i-doser can probably mildly stimulate this somehow, but will NEVER simulate it.

It's up to the individual if OBEs can work or not. Serious meditation is required for this to be achieved at will. It's not to be taken lightly. Spontaneous OBEs happen to many people including myself, without the use of drugs. I would believe that the I-doser Astral Projection dose can assist you in the process of achieving this state, but won't get you there without some meditative know-how. Work on the meditation part --Deep relaxation is also a key to a successful OBE. This means "NO" tension in any part of your body. Also, combat the FEAR. Fear will certainly prevent you from having a successful OBE. You will feel tremendous vibrations throughout your body and you may also hear voices, perhaps calling your name or telling you something. Ignore all that and simply let go. Happy traveling!

I had spontanous OBE 2 different times, But that was at least 3 years ago.

I remember reading this New York Times article, where they said an "out of body experience" is simply when the brains sensory organs get distorted or discoordinated , it has something to do with electrodes getting sent to the wrong places or something.

I-doser can help, but for best effects, I'd recommend fusing astral and out of body, then going to sleep right away.
