Error with application

I can't open the drg file, after clicking "Accept", I get this:

An untrapped error occured roughly before getting computer name



Error number: 6.

Error description: Overflow.

Error source: IDoser.

OK, now I know it's something to do with the regional and language, but I hope it will be fixed so that we don't have to adjust the language settings.
