My eyes... I'm just not sure about my eyes...

Normally when I put on a dose I have my eyes closed, but I noticed that if it's late enough at night I'll just end up falling asleep. I remember reading somewhere that one of the things to do for the best results is to have your eyes closed to blot out any other unnecessary light.

So my question is does it matter if your eyes are open or closed? I'm curious as to what works best with everyone.

If your eyes are open, your attention on the dose won't be as strong, and you will inhibit the effects of the dose. drink a red bull or try the french roast if you are falling asleep, both work really well
