A dose that will help me?

I'm not sure where this would go buy I have a question.

I have neurological disorder called Misophonia (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Misophonia)
It causes me to become enraged, uneasy, anxious... etc. Because of the sound of things like Sniffling, coughing, breathing, all of those basic sounds that don't bother people. Honestly I wish death upon people who don't get a tissue and blow their noses, I fail tests because of the inability to concentrate on them due to the mass amounts of sniffling.

I'm just looking for anything that would last the day or even a couple hours and wouldn't cause me to be as greatly affected by these sounds. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
