How do you guys dose?

I've currently been using mp3's for a little while, but I think transferring over to PC doses would be beneficial. I've heard that the mp3's are nowhere nearly as powerful, but if there's a specific one that works well for beginners and is good, please tell me. I have a desktop computer on a COMPLETELY different floor, how would I dose from my computer? I've tried it before, but just sitting down in my chair doesn't seem to work for me.

Same here! Do you use the mp3's off itunes, or do you have the premium and convert them?
