So here comes the questions:
1. My headphone is the gaming Ear Force X12 (Turtle Beach), I took out all the equalizers I use commonly to listen to music, so I won't take the risk the frequency could be altered (I don't know if it does, but just in case). I also have a bose, which is known for some people I know as the bests headphones of all. Well, so the problem is with my headphones (if you can tell)?
2. It's because I was thinking of something, like, when I'm listening to the frequencies, sometimes a thinking comes automatically to me. First I'm concentrated in the IDoser, than some thinking comes to me, and not much later, I realize that I'm thinking, so I stop thinking, but I can't help myself avoiding thoughts throughout the dose. Is it the problem, or it's just normal? If it's the problem, how can I solve it? Because even when I clear my thoughts I'm actually mentalizing a wave of the frequencies (like the player visualization sound waves).
3. There's any doses for me to "warm up"? Maybe it's because of little practice, since the only one that could have effect, if it was not a placebo, because the effect seems to be weak and I can easily confuse the effect of the French Roast with a thought that I'm more awake. So, is there any doses to warm up?
4. I have the IDoser premium, so there are some visualizations, but for what I know, everything needs to be completly quiet and dark (I need to have my eyes closed, or something to concentrate on the dose), but there's probably a purpose to have visualizations in this program. It'll really help me? And how do I need to use it (like, in a dark ambient, with nothing, in a relaxed position, I don't know).
5. Is possible that IDoser (and binaural beats in general) may not work for some people? I don't want to be one of them if it's true :'(.
6. Should I sleep while I'm taking the doses, how am I supposed to fell while taking the doses, am I suppose to have a dream, or feel it while awake?
7. Does the dose still have effect after it finishes? (For me it's logic that it has, but I just want to confirm with other people).
Ok, I guess that for now it's all the doubts I have, but it would be a pleasure to hear tips of how to use it. I'm very interested in lucid dreams, and in other realities, and that kind of stuff, so any tip related to this will be very welcome. Thank you to the people that answered (or will answer), or at least if you had the patience to read all my text. And sorry for any english mistakes, I'm not american, and my birth language is not english.
