Can these have permenant and long term effects that the real drugs have?

I see that idoser has no claims for medical effects..
Does this mean that you do not claim that it is completley safe and non harming?

It works just like hypnosis, as if you were being hypnotized by some professional and he starts to say to you that you're high. You'll actually be high, but relax, this just works with your mind, it won't destroy your nervous system nor anything related. Maybe you can get some of your mentioned consequences, like memory loss, due to the temporary dose effect (I'm not sure), and as soon as the effect finishes, your brain will return to normal.
