so i tried hibernate 3 days ago and WOW haha

, i first turned off all the lights and tried to go to sleep (11 pm) i slept on my back and focused on each part of my body and started to relax each body part, all of a sudden it feels like I'm levitating and spinning anti-clockwise in midair and this continued for about 1 minute then after about 2 mins i got knocked out cold. I am only a beginner and it was my 2nd time listening to that dose so with more practise hopefully better effects.
