hi i was wondering if over the counter sleep meds would help ( in like an aid ) to i guess give the doses a boost in it effects on me ? i mean would it help or would it not help at all? has anyone else tried this?

If you take enough diphenhydramin or dextrohydramine you can get high as a kite so it could help the dose but good luck staying awake
