any tips to keep awake?

EVERY dose i try i fall asleep 15min after the start

i mean, EVERYTIME

so i dont get the effects, i mean i get a little and fall asleep.


even if i just woke up from a 13hour sleep, run around my house for 3 minutes to wake up and use a french roach right before the dose, i fall asleep

cause i reeeally relax and focus on the beat with my eyes closed... focus... focus... fooc....

Try to use speed I couldn't sleep for 20 hours after I took it

but than again it may affect the other dose

i have the EXACT same problem


i cannot stay awake. its annoying!
i wake up and the dose is over and there are no effects....
OBVIOUSlY the only dose that really works for me is sleeping angel
any help?

How the heck can you do stuff while your dosing? I tried playing red alert 2 and listening to nitrous and even with no in-game sounds it had no effect on me.

It's understandable to sit up; I've been able to feel the effects of doses (including Trip) while sitting up against pillows. But to do things while using a dose will only nullify the effects. The brain will not be able to pick up on the binaural beats if you're active during a dose; you can get distracted to some extent (I've had success with doses even while daydreaming / imagining), but you cannot be active during a dose if you wish to feel the effects.

And the Delta dose is supposed to bring your brainwave pattern to the delta level of sleep, the deepest level, so that your body can heal. So unless you just fell asleep during Delta, it didn't work.

the thing that helps me concentrate is
just drift off.
think about something else. anything except i-doser.
