I have been troubled with thinking about other things while dosing and cant focus on the does, giving me no effects, Help?

Time + Practice -> Experience/Familiarity = Results.

If you want something more than that go ahead and read I-doser's official tutorial or any other on the forum but it basically comes down (for most of us) to the previous equation, pretty much like anything else in life.

you could try the mp3 versions of doses because they have little melodies that you can focus on.
