Hi there and welcome im new to idoser as-well but I have read loads of forum posts and they are very interesting and the best way to start off is use the forums search option and hes a little key word to start off on( type in breakthrough in the search box) happy dosing
P.S so far Ive had minor sensations but fun non the less.
