Morning Glory Experience

About one minute in
>Feel heaviness in my foot
>Tingling in legs and neck

About three minutes in
>sitting up with my arms loosely around my knees
>staring between legs
>air between legs feels incredibly warm and see greyish transparent outline
>look up and "see" "invisible" hunched figure at the end of the bed. Not sure how to describe it, but like the invisible effects in movies where the character is clear, but still visible

About five minutes in
>Looking at heater in corner of room
>Swear it's inlarging and yet remaining the same size, like it's presence is asserting itself
>Stare for what feels like forever but is realistically 40 seconds
>Feel uncomfortable

About 7 minutes in
>I've gone back to "seeing" the "invisible" figures
>They're not so much "clear transparent" as all the greyish from before
>Body feels incredibly real
>Every movement and touch feels so much more tangible than it ever has
>World feels the opposite until I touch it, then goes back once I'm not

About 8 minutes in
>Room feels like it's gently swishing, not waving or swaying, but like the swishing of trees
>Every object feels bigger in presence
>See small grey dot move out of the corner of my eye
>Look
>Let out the biggest fucking scream
>It's a moth

It was at this point I decided to stop, I was much more on edge than I thought. I'd been having a lot of anxiety lately and didn't feel like freaking out and having a bad trip.

Any one have a similar or better/worse experience?

Did you do this dose with open eyes ? And can you tell me what headphones did you used ?
