Simple question. I've been practicing dosing for only 6 months so far. I haven't had a breakthrough yet. It has been a very relaxing and serene experience overall. One thing I have found to be reoccurring when I am very still is involuntary swallowing. This is usually triggered to having a dry mouth or even saliva sliding the wrong direction down your throat when you are on that numb stage. My question is for those who have transitioned out of having "countdown problems" and can slide into a dose easily. Have you ever experienced involuntary swallowing and do you remember the point when it stopped occurring?
If so, can you please share your thoughts. I honestly feel like I'm doing something wrong and I would hate to practice another 6 months using bad form or technique. Hearing your thoughts would really help shed light on this confusing area for me.
Thank you

Involuntary Swallowing - Experience it?
Re: Involuntary Swallowing - Experience it?
We've had many reports of dry mouth, especially in our recreational drug related doses. Involuntary swallowing might be a direct result of that. This is usually an indication that the dose is either full on working, or user is close to a breakthrough in their practice sessions. Happy dosing.
