Hello guys. i am new to the i-doser thing and i have a few immature questions to ask.
i have been practising lucid dreaming for a month now and i never had 100% results. will a specific dose ( or anything) help me become lucid?
also i've read many topic about the dangers of it and concluding there is no dangers at all. i only worry about hearing loss . will these beats damage my ears?
i suffer from pessimism lately and my psychology is really messed due to my ex. will the simulations affect your everyday life ? or you get affected only when you experience them?
sorry for being nooby or posting in the wrong section
i thing you guys who already experienced this will be wiser to answer. thanks in advance.
become lucid and improve
Re: become lucid and improve
Hello Lester! Their are actually two doses that can help you with lucid dreaming one is Lucid Dream
http://idosersoftware.com/index.php?mai ... cts_id=132
And a quick hit version called LucidQH (A shortened version of Lucid Dream)
http://idosersoftware.com/index.php?mai ... cts_id=249
There is no risk for harm as long as common sense is applied (Don't listen to it at high volume for extended periods of time, even acute timelines involving very high volumes can damage your ears).
Basically, find a song you like and adjust the volume to where it is comfortable for you, then keep it at the volume for whatever dose you are using.
