Because if you've never experienced sleep paralysis (which this dose attempts to simulate), then it could be a scary and uncomfortable experience for some.

I have experience with lucid dreaming and I am training on lucid dreaming.
I sometimes have sleep paralysis for a few seconds (I Think 5 seconds or 10 seconds) and then I wake up and I can move again.
I never had sleep paralysis for more than 10 seconds.

Do you know or the sleep paralysis dose can be dangerous?

Not dangerous, just jarring, scary or even sometimes terrifying to those that have never experienced it.

No, just because the dose is an hour does not mean you will experience an hour of paralysis. That depends on the person and the effect the beats have on them.
