Visualizations not playing correctly

I purchased the premium version of Idoser for the Mac, but the visualizations never appeared correctly. They appear black with scattered pixels like there is some kind of digital noise. I've seen them correctly appear on the PC version. I have since gotten a new computer, redownloaded and installed the software, and still the same problem. I haven't seen anyone else complain about this (probably because the consensus appears to be that few people bother with the visualizations), so I am not sure if maybe I am I just missing an extension to properly view these. Any help would be appreciated!
