I'm new, obviously, or I'd not be posting here. I stumbled fortuitously onto I-Doser last month while frustratedly looking for something, ANYTHING, to help my constant headaches, pain, and inability to sleep. I find this, which not only has things I can work with to use for that... but a treasure trove of other rather interesting things. I am a very curious person, so I basically had no choice but to sign up and start exploring.

I've worked with binaural beats before, so I had some basic starting point. I've also been regularly meditating for more than 20 years, so my focus is... hm, well above average. Still, my results have been above and beyond what I expected, and getting better the more that I work at it.

I'm glad to be here, at any rate. This is probably the longest intro that I've ever written in a forum. Looking forward to getting to know people.

2 times I listened to the "Calm" MP3 Dose that belongs to the Dose Enhancers pack i fell asleep while listening. Probably it can help you. I have seen that I-Doser also has a "AntiMigraine" dose and also a dose named "Insominac". I have no experience with the "AntiMigraine" and "Insominac" doses but I have seen it.
I only listened the "Insominac" dose in the I-Doser Premium Android App one time but I have not enough experience with it.
