Question regarding quick doses Vs regular/mobile type - if the normal dose works, does it mean the quickdose will too? Or is it YMMV for both?

Hi all, not sure this forum is still active, but posting costs nothing, so what the hell! Known about binaural beats for over 15 years, never really bothered until recently, when i was sent on a mindfulness seminar at work, and dug the meditation part of it. It's only a small step from meditation to binaural beats
Question regarding quick doses Vs regular/mobile type - if the normal dose works, does it mean the quickdose will too? Or is it YMMV for both?

Just because a full length dose works doesn't guarantee same results from a QuickHit. It may help to start with the full and work your back though.
