Sleep doses??!?! :(
Sleep doses??!?! :(
I have tried sleep angel and insomniac probably a combined 5-7 times and every time it has failed to put me to sleep. Any tips? I want it to work so bad because I have a terrable time sleeping and I've heard of people getting awesome results but they just don't put me to sleep. I have read the How to get idoser to work 100% of the time thread and it didn't help.
I am listening to the file on my computer with good headphones.

Am I supposed to be focusing on the sounds or should I just think about whatever. When I tried them before I have noticed that my mind just starts thinking instead of focusing on the beats and I try to settle down and make sure I am listening in. Is this the wrong approach to the sleep doses? I will take your advice and try the morphine as well. Any other advice for beginning doses besides French roast?
For some people, focusing works if they believe in i-doser (the placebo effect), meanwhile, if you have absolutely no belief in i-doser, its better to do whatever (anti-placebo), but don't have any sounds louder than the dose. If you're in-between, first try focusing, then letting your mind wander, and vice-versa until you figure out which works better for you.

Now let me ask you, what did YOUR post say that was not already covered in my post ? In case you are unable to figure it out, nothing. Hence you're just repeating what I said, and are not helping anyone by doing so, you are simply trying to raise your post count, for whatever the reason may be. Please refrain from doing so. The forum only requires on-topic posts that give information not already supplied in previous threads, NOT a repetition of the previous post, with a few words switched around. (Yes, I'm aware sometimes threads can go off-track, but this particular user has been doing this in most of his posts. And in doing so, he is wasting bandwidth and time.)
How do you STILL not get the message? I will repeat myself again.Solyst wrote:Dear owner of the giveaname account,
Please refrain from making posts that simply say "Yes I agree" or "No I don't agree" in an attempt to raise your post count. You're not contributing to the forum with such useless spam, and you won't be recognized as a respected user for posts such as "YES" or "NO".
Sincerely,
Solyst
