Will this work if I bring my CD player on a bike and ride it while listening to it?
Or will I need to stay still for it to work?

That probably depends on how well you can ride a bike and concentrate. I'd say that type of thing would be based on the individual rather than everyone. So, if you can concentrate on the sound and feel comfortable riding a bike at the same time, it should. However, they do state that it's best to use them while in the dark, and probably staying still.
