OH EM EFFING GEE I FIGURED IT OUT! There was some guy a long time ago, that requested a dose that KILLS you and brings you back, to experience "death". So the most probably explanation is that someone read his topic, named a random file fatality.drg and sent it to you, to make you think that dose is going to come out, even though it never will.
