One of the only elements that is lighter then air. Helium is usually used in balloons and blimps. If inhaled it can cause changes to different parts of your body. The effects of Helium can include change of speech, A severe cause of lightheadedness, giggly, a "high" feeling and even hallucinations.

Ive done helium before and i guess i did too much because i pass out and fell off a ledge landing on car, it was pretty cool before that. Sounded like Daffy duck, lol.
But my guess would be that it wouldn't work. I-Doser works by causing your brain to resonate at different frequencies...Helium effects your vocal cords, not your brain.
Your vocal cords vibrate to create sound when we exhale air. Helium is less dense than air, causing the vocal cords to vibrate faster, changing the pitch...
I'm not so sure about the connection between your brain and vocal cords, so it may have to be researched more...
Neutral helium at standard conditions is non-toxic, plays no biological role and is found in trace amounts in human blood. At high pressures, a mixture of helium and oxygen (heliox) can lead to high pressure nervous syndrome; however, increasing the proportion of nitrogen can alleviate the problem
The only way it would cause muscle damage is from oxygen deprivation.
