How do you actually do?

Well, i've been thinking and reading.. i was reading that you should close your eyes, lay comfortable or sit.. but i've been reading on some posts.. that its possible to let your eyes open!? how!? and what drugs.. or is it them all? or am i wrong? please tell me

btw.
i was trying the "Trip" dose, and i felt nothing? i was laying on the bed with the headset over my ears, and i was comfortable.. but i did stop the dose, first i was on my chair.. it was maximum 2:30 min it was stopped.. and i blinked with my eyes sometimes (they where closed)

its best with your eyes closed but if you get to paranoid you can open them or if you feel like your going to hallucinate just relax it doesnt always work at first it requires patience and if i(super adhd) can concentrate for the time you can too

same

Just keep your eyes closed for the first maybe, 10-15 min, then open them.
If you feel/see nothing hen close them again.
then try again in another ~ 5-10 mins.

From experiance and what I read you just have to find what works for you.
I'm trying to figure out how to be on my side because thats WAY more comforatable for me. The problem is when my headphone touches the pillow it shifts and slightly distorts the sound in the other ear...

the main idea is to stay relaxed and focused. it is really hard to open your eyes halfway through a dose and not think of anything, but if you are starting to get paranoid and you need to look around to make sure you are still in your room or whatever its ok as long as you stay relaxed and focused
