Im 13 years old and i want to know that is it safe to me to use I-Doser?

Isnt I-Doser bad for your health if you are a 13 year old ?
binaural beats are safe for almost anyone. But if you are prone to epileptic seizures, are pregnant, or under 18 you are more likely to have a seizure. This shouldn't scare you from using it though. I am 14 and i use binaural beats all the time. In reality it really is just sounds so if you feel like it isn't safe then don't use it but you should at least try it!
