How would i force myself to wake up from a lucid dream?

I'm not sure if you could.
I have know people who could think, ok im gonna wake when i count to 5, and do it.
I have been wundering what would happen if you killed yourself in a dream...

look at one point, and you will wake up after 3-5 seconds

Alternatively, just will yourself to wake up. It will cause you to wake up instantly, but you damn near have to shout it. and will it hardly...
