Sorry for all the posts, but I am reading things people wrote. There are two other aspects of my dreams that people tell me aren't possible:
1. I dream in color. I remember specific colors of things after I wake up. People have told me this isn't possible.
2. I can read in my dreams. I remember billboards with slogans on them, remember even the font and exactly what they said. I remember headstones with names and dates on them. I have lots of dreams about being on giant broken elevators, I remember very clearly the numbers on the buttons, words and warning signs in the elevators...

i always here that if you die in dreams you will die in real life... thats why you always wake up right before something bad is about to happen.
so if youre lucid dreaming and you die in the dream is it possible you will actually die?

You always wake up before you die in a dream. Period. The only case is if you're depressed and have thoughts of suicide, you can go in the dream like after you die.

I always dream in colours, too.
And in one dream I was shot. While falling on the ground I was thinking about the feeling of being shot and actually dying. And a moment before landing on the floor I woke up. I realized that if I had fallen on the ground I would have died.
Sorry for mistakes and bad english ...

Ah. who knows. I don't think it could happen. In my dreams I survived a faceplant in to concrete from 300 feet on a bmx bike. I just got right up. But who knows.

I noticed for a few days after using the Astral Projection dose (twice) I was having very vivid dreams. I think I could've become aware if I had the habit of doing reality checks. It's just hard to figure out a schedule for them because I don't smoke (ie so I can't do it every time i have a fag) and I dont wear a watch (so i can't do it every hour when it beeps)

Heres a tip. Everytime you go through a doorway, touch the side, and look around. Try to make something happen just by focusing. (Look at the wall and try to make it turn purple.) If it works, your dreaming! This is very easy, and can be done quickly.

^Actually, that's not true at all. Some people be it through meditation and self-exploration or state-dependent learning from psychedelics can literally alter their perceptions at will. Some people CAN make the wall turn purple at will.
