Ok, so I got that CD and I know reset and condition but like what exactly is calm and alert? How do you know when or not to use those ones?

Im wondering if because I can dose so well as it is if it would be worth it for me to use condition and reset. I do notice that using one dose after the other they get better as I go. But the effects are already so powerful as it is. I would consider myself an advanced user already.

It sounds like you don't need enhancer doses because you have achieved results without enhancement. They could be a fun step for you to experiment with though, as they may provide subtle alteration to your experiences.

Ok so if I'm anxious before dosing, I should use calm me INSTEAD of condition? Or use them both before the dose?
