Relax your english is fine. Its a relief to see someone so eager to get their doses to work. I am more than happy to assist you. Unfortunately you posted in the wrong section of the forum. Not that that is going to stop me from helping though because most forums allow the thread to be moved.

You do not have to dose in bed, ever. The bed is just where most people feel the most and relaxed because thats where they spend over 30% of their lives. You need to find yourself a calm quiet dark area free from distractions though. This also usually happens to be in bed. It is easily the best place to dose.

I strongly recommend learning how to meditate. If you can meditate your doses are gonna feel significantly better. Condition is an excellent tool for beginners and advanced alike. Beginners it will enable them to receiving the effects of the dose. Unfortunately I dont know anything about OOB or AP. I agree with you that they sound pretty strange so I havn't tried them. Others have tried them though.
