So I've put up a bunch of posts, I've been dosig for a year now...and still no crazy results. When I first started, I would feel like I was rolling back and forth but I don't get even that anymore :/ I've heard all the "dark room, concentrate on this, concentrate on that, empty your mind" but nothing is working Pleeeeaaase I need something different. Like abnormal things that help you or ANYTHING please help!! I think it's mostly the problem of concentrating on the dose but yet not?!? That's what I keep hearing and ya I just need help haha please and thank you

What headset are you using? maybe your computer are set an audio, that ruining the dose or something.
Maybe you can try the alpha dose. so you can relax, before dosing.

I have the app on my itouch and some of the mp3s on my classic iPod. I have the eq off and I use skullcandy aviators....really? Alpha? Imma try that

Alpha dose will work too , but you could also use Condition or CalmMe

I've tried condition, calm me, alert, and reset before doses...still nothing :/

wtf ? Reset before a dose ?? Reset is used to make an effect go away... for example , i take the marijuana dose , but i want to get my brain back to normal , you use the reset dose and you are perfectly normal !

Exactly, it gets your Bain back to normal. So maybe my brains not normal so reset before a dose to get it to where the doses take it from the beginning...but ya still :/
