New i-doser with some questions

I hope you don't mine if I ask you guys some questions...

First of all I find the idea of I-dosing intriguing, and am eager to experiment. I am somewhat ADD and have a problem with my mind wandering

What Doses do you recommend for a newbie with attention-deficit disorders?

First off , this forum was made so people could ask questions and discuss stuff , so you're free to ask anything.
If you have ADD you just have to meditate like a person without ADD , it s hard , and even harder for you.
The best dose for begginers is A-Bomb , it doesn't matter if you have ADD or not , it is good for newbies anyway , and , like i said the only thing you should do is meditate like someone without ADD but it will be harder since you have difficulties focusing...

Since we're talking about the brain here and brain waves and what not, is there a chance, even remote, that one could somehow 'cross wires' in their brains (for real)

Ok,thank you very much. I am very eager to experiment, but very nervous at the same time. I don't want to see a 3-headed demon standing over me,or anything like that. LOL

It depends on wich dose you choose...
And if you get too nervous , the dose won't work , that's why you need to meditate.

Yesterday i tried A-Bomb but i just felt my hands and legs numb

Hmm, maybe something going on but for a-bomb it's still nothing to compare with my experience Maybe you just don't focus completely or whatever... I really wanna help you but i don't know your situation while dosing, maybe try my technique: Focus on that white noise in background of dose and imagine something that sound reminds you, for me it's almost every time like waterfall. This sound and image in my head really relax me and when I'm in this state i don't think about nothing, dose just suck me in and i can fully enjoy the effects. And i'm not accusing you but do you use original doses? Because i read somewhere on this forum that you used downloaded doses. I'm not completely sure if it was you or not so don't take it seriously...
