Bought MP3 but won't open with anything!!

OK so I bought an MP3 CD, but not the one on itunes, the one on the i doser store...it downloaded it as a .zip file and it wont open with itunes, or media player...please help!! how do i open this file?? I want to put in on my ipod!

and everytime i try to "extract" theres no option!! i cant even open the folder to unzip it it just keeps opening up in itunes!! i dont know what else to open it with

It is very simple. Right-click the .zip file and click the unzip option. It should unzip the files. After that you can play the mp3 files using mp3 player.

Can you provide the screenshot here? Are you sure the file you have downloaded is a .zip extension? If so, 100% there should be an unzip option.

Could it be a 7z extension or a rar?

Also, why don't you contact idoser support immediately through the idoser site?

Ya I'm positive. It came as a zip and after it finished downloading, I clicked open with iTunes now everytime I try to double click or right click, it just opens with iTunes. I've even tried redownloading it but it still opens itself up at an iTunes file :/

Run your zip program like winzip or winrar etc. Then open the zip file from within the zip program. Then extract. This should work.

Try download newest version of WinRAR... If that won't work contact I-Doser maybe they could send you just unzipped MP3...

rarlab.com is for winrar butt i highly recommend 7zip which is at 7zip.com. its a light weight application that includes rar and zip capabilities. best of all its free.

ya i think im just gonna mail them :/ i have literally tried everything! ive tried downloading winrar, winzip, win7 (or whatever it is) and everything keeps bugging my computer and virus detection out.....

i had a similar problem all i did was open it in windows file explorer and it worked fine... p.s. you might have already extracted it to a different location, try looking around

Or what i would try is going on some other computer (like friend's or if you have laptop) extract it on your usb and bring it back to your computer.
