Error 52?

I've tried downloading this program a few times on three different computers and I keep getting an error saying the file name or type is invalid. I was wondering if there's any particular reason why I'm getting this error and if there's any way to get rid of this?

i am getting the same error through purchased tones. the ones i was sent for free when i registered work fine, but im getting error 52 on the purchased ones.

any help is apreciated.
