New to dosing (joined yesterday). BTW- just call me "Rancher". I tried my first dose yesterday evening, it was Ecstasy. I had some reaction to it but not exactly what I expected. I'm sure it will improve.

My advice is to stick with it. Even if it feels the dose is not working or has weak effects, stick with it. The longer you practice a dose, the better it becomes.
I have just now started myself and am starting to see minimal results, which is an improvement since before I was getting no results at all.
So basically just keep at it and not get frustrated.
