PLEASE HELP!! Bough I-Doser on my iPod touch..

So I bought almost all the doses on the mobile app, and lost my iPod touch, but now have an Android and the app is like 5 bucks...and I had A TON of doses bought off of it...is there any way to like put in my itunes account and download I-Doser Premium with all of the doses I bought??

No, the ios, android, and pc/mac versions of the software are incompatible. You can only restore them to another ios device.
