Normal vs. QH Doses
Normal vs. QH Doses
So I would like to know from people who have tried both versions of the same dose, about the difference in experience between the normal and QH doses. I am purchasing the mp3 versions of the doses and I'm not sure if I should buy the QH or normal versions of the Recreational Simulations pack 1. I don't know if the QH version is simply the normal version with the last 5 minutes cut off. Could someone explain the differences? I'm new to I-Doser.
Re: Normal vs. QH Doses
no the quickest version is a redesign completely different from the actual normal dose. it takes some practice in order to get full effects from those versions but they can in some cases be stronger but it depends on your experience. If I were you I would get the normal ones first to practice and then the quick hits. That would be your best bet and once the effects start getting stronger and stronger go ahead and get the quick hit version. Everyone is different and dosing quick hits for some people take some time. If you decide to buy one make sure you listen to the same one periodically since it will train your brain to receive the beats more fluidly, can even make the effects last much longer too.
Re: Normal vs. QH Doses
I mostly use QH versions because I find them easier to do than the longer ones, but I always use condition first, so it ends up in total being about 30 mins, the condition is a must have

i agree condition is a must have ( even though I only used it once ) because that ONE time I did use it I was thrown into the best flustercluck of a trip ... D: Man I should hit myself with condition+inspire and get these 2 papers written......

Re: Normal vs. QH Doses
I personally prefer the normal versions, because for me only 2 QH doses had worked and all the normal doses had(from those doses where you have the choice)
