No effects??

I am getting no effects from the I-Doser App for iphone :c im using Sennheiser HD 201S headphones in a dark chilled room and im still getting nothing help!!!

First before you start a dose, sit down and clear your mind... Make sure you are using a beginner dose like Nitrous, A-Bomb and Opium.. Look at the I-doser guide for instructions on how to dose.. And remember Practice makes perfect.. It took me at least 4 trys do get I-doser to work.

I heard if you didn't do any drugs before than you can't get the effects of the doses I've never done drugs sooo and also I try to get the dose before I go to sleep ... In almost a moth I can't get anywhere with idoser :c

That is not true, I saw that somewhere on the forum and idoser said it wasn't true... And make sure you are alert and awake.. I try to use Alert+ or a stimulant dose if I dose when I'm tired.. Also try reset and condition before your dosing
