What should I do while listening to a dose?

Not sure if there is a post on this or not if there is can someone give it to me. If not can you give me some tips on what I should do while listening?

i m new to i doser and not quite sure but
for better result before a dose
take condition dose to maximize effects
than while taking a dose you want lay down in a relaxing position

I agree ( Condition helps, and laying in a dark silent room in a comfortable position helps... If you have ever tried to meditate breathing techniques work well!

I do nothing while listening but adjust the headphones a little. Never turn down the volume, only up. Dark room, eyemask if you have one.
