When I started with this dose a while ago and the truth much doubted its effect...Dose started calmly with several funds then began to hear waves fast passing every two minutes when the dose just almost everything was blurry remove me the adiculares I was in my bed and I slept about 2 hours those who want a dose to sleep and to stay deep them I recommend this dose...Thank you
