Depression/Anxiety

Hi all,
I here to find help in dealing with depression and anxiety, I'm already getting professional help but would like that extra boost.
At the moment I spend a lot of my days in a low mood, hopeless with no feeling of joy and no motivation. I also experience panic attacks, and constant changing states of anxiety
Can anyone recommend a set of doses that would help me?
Could you also list the doses that I should AVOID because of my high level of anxiety?

Avoid the ones like Gate of Hades, Devil's Jackhammer, A-Bomb, and Hand of God, and try Quickhappy, Antisad, Content, Confidence, and some of the other anti-anxiety doses.
