I have been listening to I-doser for half a year now practicing my meditation trying to perfect my dosing experience with each and every dose. I have listened to both the iphone versions and the pc versions having somewhat different experiences with both sometimes preferring the iphone and sometimes preferring the pc version. This is also my first time posting an experience of mine because this is the first time that I believe I have finally dosed 100% correctly. The experience I am posting is with the new dose for the iphone Overdose.
I began by preparing my area it was nighttime so my room was nice and dark with the window open but the blinds shut it was a nice cool temperature in my room which light and temperature seem to be the two biggest distractions for me. I used a nice comfy pillow and a light blanket to keep myself at a normal room temperature. I recently bought skullcandy earbuds which block out most exterior noise especially when the audio begins and it has helped my dosing extensively the hardware you use can make all the difference. Now that my area was complete I set up 3 doses to the slipstream the first two being a combo that seems to really improve the dose you want to listen to which are: Reset,Condition,Overdose. Here are my experiences for all 3.
Reset
I put the volume at a comfortable level then started the dose I began to lay down and shut my eyes attempting to put myself in the most relaxed state as possible I usually fold my hands and put them on my lap or put my hands on my legs while touching my index finger tips and my thumb tips together so I can feel the pulse while focusing on my breathing. Throughout the dose I couldnt seem to concentrate on it at all constantly moving itching etc.. but I did not give up before I know it I went through the whole dose without really feeling anything.
Condition
Knowing that reset was now over without feeling a thing I really put my mind into a concentrate/relax mode and halfway through condition I began to finally relax my legs all the way up to my head and began to not just listen to the dose but actually feel the effects of it. I can only describe this feeling as me floating through a warm space while sounds are all around me inside and outside while my mind being just conscious enough to realize that I need to maintain this feeling for now on. As the dose began to stop It gently took me out of the state that I was in to a calm relaxed state fully ready and prepared to take on one of the scariest doses that was created.
OVERDOSE
Im going to describe everything I saw in my mind and the feeling that came with it as best as I can for this section
The dose begins and I hear fire all around me I see myself walking through a hallway of flames with a light at the end I felt suprised and curious at the same time as I walk out of the flames Im put into darkness for about a minute only still feeling the flames slowly go away. While the flames are slowly disappearing I heard liquid dropping onto a chord and it emits a sound but something didnt feel right about the drops as if it wasnt water but some other form of liquid something very dark I knew that this wasnt going to be a very relaxing dose but somewhat of a trial. I next hear drums all around me as im instantly teleported into a burning city laying down in a parking lot with shops all around me similar to a plaza that I live nearby while laying down I hear nothing but the drums watching giant figures with smiling humans faces destroying buildings, taking apart roofs just destruction everywhere. somehow I am completely calm through this as I feel that there is nothing I can do about this but I am a part of it. I begin to slowly think that the dose that I am listening to is an entity something that is trying to not harm me at all but show me its intentions and what its capable of I am teleported all around to be shown gruesome images in apartments and shops which I cant quite remember too well the most important one to me was me watching four people with demonic faces kind of like the monsters in the video game Amnesia the dark descent walk closer to me I dont feel any fear of it at all because as I said before its in my thoughts that Its just showing me its intentions and then darkness surrounds me all I see is darkness and then it happens I realize that I dove in way too far trying to understand just what this was and In my head I know that im about to pay the price for it.The evil entity has done its job in luring me in and goes inside me and takes control of my body. I feel pain everywhere on my chest my shoulders a slight itchiness all around but mostly a dark pressure that is going down on me for a few minutes and all I can think to do is to keep going forward and see just how much it can do after a few minutes the pressure is still going down and I can see a bright light in my head the bright light begins to take shape as a spinning object with the sounds of a blender it goes all around my body as the sound gets louder and louder and begins to tighten around and then BAM... all feeling goes away all I hear is a blunt object hitting the floor multiple times and then the dose ends I open my eyes breathing heavily and shaking all over.
After the dose
I couldnt help but shockingly laugh at the fact that this was one of the greatest doses I have ever experienced and first thing in my mind to do was to share it with everyone. I think of myself completely sane I dont ever have thoughts like these as im going about my business during the day. After all this I cant help but laugh and think about how much the human mind can create if given the right means to do so.
