Mobile App Sound

Morning all

I have a problem that's driving me to distraction...

I have the Android mobile version of iDoser and almost all of the sequences jump. It's driving me completely nuts because there are doses that I can really zone out to, and it makes me hit the ceilling when it happens.

Please, please can someone help me find a solution to this.

You might be talking about the white noise static sound? That is required and essential for doses. Any other issues with skipping or jumping are an issue on the hardware or phone side, not the software. Maybe you are using a bad Bluetooth headphones with a poor connection or something?

No, using standard headphones. They work fine with the laptop etc...

I have tried at least twice uninstalling and reinstalling the app hoping that that might fix it if there was a bug in there somewhere. Sounds unlikely now though.

Has anyone else had this happen?

Maybe it's time to shout at Play Store?!

Sorry, it's not the software. Probably an issue with your device or settings. We don't have any reports of this issue from any of our thousands of beta testers.

As it turns out, I have other issues with my phone's ability to play music files too.
