Experience with Sleep Paralysis dose

I was wanting to try something intense and have it work, and as I mentioned in another post I could feel some effects from some of the doses but nothing like what other people had described. So I got Sleep Paralysis. Tried it the other night, my body felt pretty heavy, but not much else. I did it right before bed, and then fell asleep.

So last night I decided to try it again. Things felt pretty good during the dose, again my body felt pretty heavy, but nothing like actual sleep paralysis. And I must admit I'm a bit of a skeptic anyway, and figured that most of the effects I was feeling were probably a) imagination and b) just the effects of the sounds in my ears.

So after the dose was finished, I took off the headphones and settled in to sleep. I was pretty tired. And then about 15 minutes later (give or take), suddenly everything in front of my eyes went blacker than black. FTR it was totally dark in my room and my eyes were closed and I was in a light sleep. Then there was this high pitched intense tone and this bright pinpoint beam of light aiming right at my face. I felt my whole body tense up like I wanted to run, but couldn't, and I couldn't scream; only muted noise from my lips. Holy F'n sh*T! This went on for few minutes and scared the bejeebies out of me. And then a few minutes later it felt like my body had been thrown off a cliff and I was falling falling falling and screaming but couldn't move or do anything to stop the fall.

The only thing that brought me back to reality was my dog that touched my foot, otherwise I'm not sure how long it would have gone on for.

So, just wanted to say: Skeptic Converted! And definitely will NOT ever do Gates of Hades. This was scary enough for me. Thank you!
