Fix for I-Doser Premium iOS Update

PLEASE NOTE: On March 6 we pushed out a new version of I-Doser Premium (version 3.6) that should be live within 24 hours. This should resolve crashing issues and issues where only the Reset dose can be downloaded. Please update to this version and respond to this thread to let us know if this resolves these issues.

If you are still having problems after updating the I-Doser Premium App for iOS after the March 6 2015 update, you can try a fresh install using these directions.

1. Delete the app completely by holding down on the app icon and selecting "X" to delete.
2. Reinstall I-Doser from the app store of by following the attached link. Will be free to download again.
3. When you launch the app for the first time, make sure to select "Restore Purchases"
3. OR, go to the Information Screen "I" button in the upper right and select "Restore Purchases"
4. All your previous purchases will change to a Cloud icon.
5. Use the download arrow button to download your doses from I-Doser Cloud.

Please reply to this thread and let us know if it works.

No this doesn't work, I can't download any sounds from the cloud. I can only toggle "reset," and I just bought the app today. If there are problems y'all should take it down from the apple all store. Or atleast make it free until problems are fixed.

Make sure you phone is on either cellular or wifi, and confirm by opening your web browser on your phone and making sure you can browse to http://www.i-doser.com - if you can't, then you need to resolve that issue either with your service provider or by checking your phone internet settings. You can also do a power off and on of your phone and check if that helps.

Then, after restoring purchases, just choose the down arrow or cloud button to download the dose from I-Doser cloud.

Downloads are confirmed working. A few are having crash issues updating, and the instructions posted in this thread fix that.

I have followed these steps, and still i am only able to download reset. I need the insomniac to sleep but when i hit the icon to download it, the pop up reads download reset. I have uninstalled the app and reinstalled and restored purchases, but it still has this issue. please help

The 3.6 release has been confirmed to fix all open bugs and issues with I-Doser Premium for iOS. We are locking this thread. Thanks for helping make this release a successful one!
