Yeah, another noob

Ok so I just joined the forum and am new to I Dosing. Here is what I have to work with. I Doser android app being run on a samsung charge with the stock tracks it comes with, for shits and giggles I downloaded Gates of Hades, and my only option for headphones right now is the samsung earbuds that came with the phone. Now, how can I get the most out of my session using what I have without spending any money right now? So basically what I'm asking is where do I start?

Well, for one. Purchasing the doses from the official site greatly helps. Find a relaxing place, get a blindfold, and make sure you have no disturbances or things that need to be done during that day. Have Reset (the dose) ready incases things get to intense or something comes up that you need your mind there and present. That's pretty much it, unless you have ADD/HD
